PAYMENT & CANCELATION POLICIES

• All confirmed reservations require a deposit of 1/2 rental rate. Payable two weeks from date of confirmation. If deposit is not received, reservation is automatically canceled. (Please notify us if there is a problem)
• Should you need to cancel your reservation 60 days or more prior to your arrival date a $75.00 administration fee will be deducted from your deposit.
• Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel 59 days or less from your arrival date.
• Guests checking out before contracted time expires will forfeit rental.
• THESE UNITS ARE EQUIPPED FOR THE NUMBER OF GUESTS REGISTERED ONLY AND ANY UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE.
• Remainder of deposit to be paid by certified check or cash before checking into cottage.

Tenants agree to the following rules

1. Check in 2pm, check out 10am
2. Guest will supply all linens, towels  and paper products.
3. Guests will report any damage, breakage, faulty appliances or uncleanness ASAP
4. Guests will keep and leave the premises in a clean and orderly state.  Please use painted cans or firepit for beer caps and smoking products.
5. Please DO Not Smoke inside cottages
6. We are on a septic system and water sandpoint system, so use water conservation and DO NOT put any grease, sanitary, diapers or un-necessary paper products down waste drains or toilets.
7. Please keep all fires within steel firepit ring. No axes, hatchets, mauls etc or chopping or splitting of wood on grounds due to noise and damage to firepit paving stones.
8. Please observe all Municipal By-Laws of South Bruce Peninsula (no noise after 11pm and no burning of garbage / leaves)
9. No Pets, RV trailers, tents are allowed on property at any time.
10. Owners and agents are not responsible for any damage or injuries to tenants or their guests.
11. Tenants are responsible for any damages they or their guests cause either willingly or unwillingly.
12. The maximum number of tenants is not negotiable.(Please view individual cottage rentals for Maximum allowed guests) Any extra guests will be charged $75 per person per day. NO visitors between 11pm and 7am.
13. Failure to observe and enforce the above rules will result in immediate termination of lease, eviction and loss of rental fee and deposit.
